Luke joined Cotswold MINI as our Brand Manager in August 2022 and has over 10 years’ experience within the Automotive Industry. He currently drives the new John Cooper Works Countryman! In his spare time Luke is a keen golfer, but ultimately spends a lot of time with his Wife Amy & Dog Bruno. Being born & bred Hereford, Luke is glad to be back working in the county. Luke & his wife like to travel and hope to see a lot of Europe and America in the coming years.

Chris joined the MINI brand in 2010 and knows a huge amount about MINIs both past and present. He really enjoys assisting our customers on the best ways to go about purchasing a MINI and thrives on ensuring we provide exceptional customer service. Away from work Chris enjoys family life with his wife, 4 children and 2 dogs - he'll challenge anyone who says a MINI can’t be a family car! He is also the lead singing drummer in a local rock band, travelling up and down the country most weekends playing shows.

Josh started with MINI in 2015 so is now going on with 9 years experience in the brand. He grew up in the USA where every car is an SUV, so working for a brand like MINI is definitely stark contrast. Growing up in the countryside with mud and horses, the Countryman is his favourite MINI model.

Jade Easey

Jade has been with MINI for almost a decade, working at Cotswold Hereford for the last 6 years. She currently drives a John Cooper Works hatchback, and also has a 20 year old MINI Cooper S at home which hits the race track as often as possible. Jade lives with her husband in the Herefordshire countryside. She is an avid kickboxer & member of the Professional Kickboxing Association, and tries to attend as many rock & metal gigs as she can.

James Forde

James is the newest member of the Hereford MINI Sales Team, having recently joined us in October 2023. James is a massive petrolhead with a pure passion for cars, and loves driving round in his pride and joy - a BMW 3 Series Coupe. James used to live in Brunei with his family but has been back in Hereford for the last 17 years. He enjoys the gym and going to Spain with his friends for a relaxing break.

Josh ‘Sandy’ Sandman has been with MINI since 2020 - first joining us as a host and then progressing through to Sales. Josh lives in the countryside of Ross-On-Wye with his family, however he used to live in Spain where he competed at a high level of competitive sport. Sadly injuries forced an early end to this career. Josh regularly enjoys the gym and loves to take his 4 dogs out for longs walks on a Sunday across the Malvern Hills. Josh hopes to move back out to Spain one day to be with his new partner.

Adam has been part of the Hereford MINI team since 2021 and has always been somewhat of a MINI enthusiast - his first car was a 2004 R50 in Chili Red! As well as being a MINI lover Adam is also a great lover of motorbikes and takes every opportunity possible to get out on his motorcycle. When not out riding the roads of Herefordshire, Adam is currently learning the guitar - taking inspiration from some of his favourite bands like Metallica and and Avenged sevenfold to name a couple. He also enjoys sitting at home on a lazy Sunday playing video games on his PC.

Jonah joined our team in September 2023 but has since settled in and become a part of the MINI Hereford family. He owns a black MINI Cooper S but his dream MINI would be a JCW Clubman! Outside of work Jonah is interested in fashion and nature - so you might catch him on the runway or up Pen Y Fan. He is also a big fan of alternative music and enjoys going to various concerts.
